As a professional coach, 30-year corporate warrior and member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand the unique challenges faced by those who feel like outsiders in their careers. While leading sales execs and teams at top national companies. I experienced the magic that happens when building a culture based on trust. My passion for helping individuals and teams led me to professional coaching. I served as Admissions Director for a premier professional coaching institution and received three certifications. I’m grateful for my career. AND, looking back, I realize that as a gay woman, I had some “not normal” moments. I had my biggest successes after I shared my truth. As I led teams, I was able to put authenticity first, using it as the glue to bind us and as a tool to draw out each person’s unique brilliance. As Founder of Grow with a Pro, I’m proud to help LGBTQ+ and underrepresented people confidently thrive in their careers by being fully themselves.
